More recently I have gained knowledge in Distribution & Transport.

  • As a management team member participated in strategic planning, including KPI forecasting, business planning and HSQ&E strategies.
  • Liaised with Enforcing Bodies, Government Officials, Workers Unions, Construction Groups, Clients, Designers and other Stakeholders.  
  • Managed, developed and coached a team of eight H&S advisors, two compliance managers and two administration staff.
  • Conducted internal audits across all ISO standards.

Achievements

  • Reduced primary AIR from 16.48 to 00.56, steered company to approximately 1.4 million accident/incident free hours through implementation of integrated management systems.
  • Delivered and coached a companywide behavioural change programme (ABC).
  • Designed and established electronic PQQ system using DocHosting to improve approved supplier tracking and performance.
